Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited's External Directors Conduct Field Research at Sinoma(Chizhou) Energy Conservation New Material Co.,Ltd.

Recently, Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited's external directors, including Xia Zhiyun, Song Bolu, Qiu Suhao, and Xie Jigang, visited Sinoma (Chizhou) Energy Conservation New Material Co., Ltd. for an inspection tour. They gained on-the-ground insights into the construction and implementation of strategic projects. Meng Xiangjun, Member of the Party Committee, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited, accompanied the inspection.

The external directors conducted a field visit to observe the operation of the Phase I production line of Sinoma (Chizhou)'s calcium silicate board project and attended a dedicated presentation on its production and operational activities. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics such as future strategic planning and technological innovation.

The external directors spoke positively of the achievements made by Sinoma (Chizhou) Energy Conservation New Material Co.,Ltd in applying new-generation production line technologies. For the company's next phase of development, they put forward the following four recommendations:

First, continue advancing digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading, enhance independent innovation capabilities, focus on improving intelligent production levels, and strive to become an industry benchmark.

Second, strengthen the synergy of internal resources, systematically analyze the performance and costs of various board products within the group, and clarify the company's product positioning. In the domestic market, promote resource integration, while in the international market, focus on advantageous regions such as Southeast Asia to achieve precise market positioning.

Third, optimize the internal sales synergy mechanism, accelerate the establishment of a professional marketing system and brand image targeting end consumers. Prepare talent reserves and standardize management systems in advance to lay a solid foundation for sustainable development.

Fourth, reinforce risk prevention, control, and compliance management awareness, further clarify the strategic development path, and proactively respond to market changes and challenges by implementing cost leadership or differentiation strategies.
