    Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited and Nava Limited Sign EPC Contract for MAAMBA 100MWac PV Solar Power Project

    On September 4th, Liu Xin, President of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited, and Ashwin Devineni, CEO of Nava Limited, signed the EPC contract for the MAAMBA 100MWac PV Solar Power Project in Singapore.


    Liu Xin expressed sincere gratitude to Ashwin Devineni and Nava Limited for their trust and support. He stated that the signing of this contract marks a significant milestone for both parties in jointly exploring the new energy market in Africa. Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited will leverage first-class technology, excellent services, and efficient execution to provide strong support for the development of Nava Limited's new energy business. He further expressed the hope that both sides would take this opportunity to deepen cooperation and contribute to carbon reduction efforts in Global South countries.


    Ashwin Devineni highly commended Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited's strategic vision and accomplishments in the clean energy sector. He emphasized that this cooperation represents a key initiative for Nava Limited in advancing Africa's energy transition and upgrading strategy. He expressed confidence that the collaboration would inject robust momentum into Nava Limited's new energy business development and bring leading Chinese clean energy technologies and experience to Africa through this project, thereby contributing positively to the region's sustainable energy development.



    Both parties unanimously agreed to seize the opportunity presented by this contract signing to fully leverage their respective resources. They plan to pursue integrated project cooperation in Zambia, East Africa, West Africa, and beyond, covering various clean energy sectors such as photovoltaics, wind power, waste-to-energy, biomass power generation, and energy storage. The shared goal is to advance green energy development in Africa, supporting the continent's sustainable growth and the global transition to a low-carbon future.


    Also in attendance at the signing ceremony were Duan Tiezhu, Deputy Director of the Marketing Department of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited; Lin Nan, Assistant Director of the Marketing Department; Shen Dongni, Senior Market Manager; Zhang Fei, Deputy Director of the International Market Department of the Sinoma EC Engineering Branch; Wang Qi, Market Manager; and representatives from Nava Limited and Maamba Energy Company.
